sabhi ke promotion ho rahe hain par jwm se awm ki liye upsc se dpc ki date nahi mil rahi hai. kya majak hai.
sab milibhagat hai. pata nahi kya kya juth bola jaa raha hai.
ofb humko bewkuf bana raha hai aur hum gadhe ban rahe hain.
ab to bang karne ke din hain. no batcheet.

IOFGOA may urgently get accruded promotional vaccancy in AWM and act for quick promotion. Thanks in advance

Think positively. don't fight. Let us also understand the pain of some of the present JWMs who entered the organisation before 30 years!!!
A Jr. JWM says...Yes sevral JWMS joined as ch'man before 25 years are waiting for promotion. Meanwhile some of us who got JWM promotion just after 6-7 years of joining as ch'manare crying/ dreaming for IOFS. It is not a sinat all. OK. However we should not kill some body; who served the organistion for about 25 to 33 years, and go to the street for the gain of Juniors. Yes we should fight against stagnation. Let who suffered get promotion and if we are not getting seconed promotion after 7-8 years or no action is in hand by the Govt. , we should fight with out affecting regular promotion . Why should senior suffer for juniors. we should strart fight. Hope I am clear to Manmohan singh Sir ji.
yes i too agree with this, junior & senior is the cration of OFB to make further critical this matter and to gain benifit out of this. let us cool and fight against OFB for justified pay in relation to the duties

This Group of JWM thinks that they are doing something great.Actually they are in frustration,They are not even having patience and become mad by seeing the IOFS cadre Review,Some people want to become IOFS through LDCE, There are people recruited as CM in 2003 and are JWMs and now they want to become AWM by fooling others. Please remember there are JWM who entered as CM in 1983.IF some body wants to become AWM then let them write UPSC AND PROVE THEIR ABILITY. why they want LDCE,These JWMs are useless creatures and wants everything to loot the country by any method.The present Generations are to be sent to HITLERs Concentration camps.You idiots.

An appeal to all JWM's
It is a humble appeal to all JWM's to please ask OFB by sending an information request appended below to ascertain why OFB has told DOPT & UPSC that even AGM, GM, Sr. GM, Member and DGOF and Chairman are a part of promotional avenue of JWM. You can copy the application appended below and paste in Word and do necessary alteration as needed.
Please ensure that your information request (RTI application) should accompany copy of 'ANNEXURE - B' and an IPO of Rs. 10/- drawn in favor of 'Director General Ordnance Factories' payable at Kolkata.

I, a citizen of India, submits this information request along with mandated fee of Rs. 10/- in the form of IPO no. ________________ drawn in favor of Director General Ordnance Factories payable at Kolkata.
First of all please find enclosed copy of ‘ANNEXURE – B’ enclosed along with proforma no UPSC – 33 (DOPT-1) [Proforma for requisition to UPSC] sent to UPSC through MOD and provide the following information (period to which information relates: 01/01/1996 to till date) within the time as per mandate given in sec 7 (1) of RTI Act 2005 i.e. within 30 days:
1. Name and details (personal number and factory) of Junior Works Manager who retired after getting promotion to JTS in Sl. No. 1 of ‘ANNEXURE – B’.
2. Name and details (personal number and factory) of Junior Works Manager who retired after getting promotion to STS in Sl. No. 2 of ‘ANNEXURE – B’.
3. Name and details (personal number and factory) of Junior Works Manager who retired after getting promotion to JAG (ordinary grade) in Sl. No. 3 of ‘ANNEXURE – B’.
4. Name and details (personal number and factory) of Junior Works Manager who retired after getting promotion to JAG (selection grade) in Sl. No.4 of ‘ANNEXURE – B’.
5. Name and details (personal number and factory) of Junior Works Manager who retired after getting promotion to SAG (ordinary grade) in Sl. No. 5 of ‘ANNEXURE – B’. Please provide this information post wise i.e. JWM’s retired as AGM/GM/DDG, Sr. GM/Sr. DDG, Addl. DGOF/Member and DGOF/Chairman OFB.
6. If no JWM has got promotion above JTS or STS before retirement during said period i.e. 1996 (when JWM post was initially created), provide the attested copies of file notings done for preparation of ‘ANNEXURE – B’ sanctioned by competent authority i.e. DGOF.

BE UNITE, FACE THE CHALLENGES, OFB IS PREPARING TO RELEASE 100 PROMOTIONS. WE ARE MORE THAN 7500 - IN THIS SITUATION TO GET AWM FOR US IT TOOK 75 YEARS- AS A WHOLE WE SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL OF 100 AWM. WE SHOULD REJECT- IF NEEDED WE SHOULD GO TO COURT FOR STAY ON PROMOTION OF JWM & AWM & ALL PROMOTIONS.
EVERY JWM SHOULD ASK UNDER RTI- ONE RTI APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE IN NDGBGOA WEBSITE - DOWN LOAD AND SEND THIS RTI APPLICATION TO OFB WITH A COPY TO MOD,UPSC, DOPT etc. THIS ONLY WILL EDUCATE THE MOD AND OTHER TOP OFFICIALS ABOVE OFB.

A very good suggesion. IOFGOA or any other Gr.B association Office bearer working for the welfare of JWM may ask through RTI . This information can use for better utilisation for court case or so....................
